These guidelines will vary depending on the wind conditions.

-------------------------- TAKEOFF and LANDING Tips -------------------------

These are guidelines that may help you when taking off and landing in my
Gmax f-86.

Takeoff:

1. Fully extend flaps (F8).

2. Activate parking brake and push throttle to full power. Hold brake for
about 12 seconds (to build up thrust).

3. Release brake, excellerate and rotate at 120 knots.

4. Maintain a shallow ascent to build up speed. Only when you have reach around
300 knots should you begin your full climb at no greater then +35 degrees.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(use .75% zoom when landing for best results.)

Landing:

1. Reduce speed to 230 knots with speed brake (/).

2. Extend Flaps to full (F8) and lower Gear (g).

3. Approach runway around 200 knots.

4. Adjust speed with throttle and speed brake to stay on glide slope.

5. Cut throttle and touchdown between 125-145 knots. Extend speed brake (/).

6. Then slowly lower the nose and apply brake at about 100 knots.
